Kitor

Kitor by Unex Technologies

Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Kitor. They are short because the product is: Kitor does what you tell it to on accounts that are yours.

Effective October 22, 2026

1. Who we are and what you agree to

Kitor is provided by Unex Technologies ("we", "us"), reachable at info@kitor.app (postal address: Alexandria, Virginia, United States). By signing in or using Kitor you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Kitor for a company or another person's account, you confirm you may bind them, and "you" means them too.

2. Eligibility

Kitor is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and use it in the course of your work as a creator, manager or business. It is not offered to consumers or to anyone under 18.

3. Accounts and invite-only access

Kitor is invitation-only. We create accounts for allow-listed people and can decline or withdraw access at any time. Keep your sign-in method and two-factor device to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.

4. Your connected accounts

Kitor works through accounts you connect: Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, email mailboxes and, for licensing, your Stripe account. You confirm that those accounts are yours or that you are authorised to manage them, and you remain bound by each platform's own rules, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Community Guidelines and Terms of Use, Google's and Microsoft's terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok's Terms of Service and Stripe's terms. If a platform suspends your account, changes its API or revokes Kitor's access, the related features stop working and that is not something we can prevent or are responsible for.

You can disconnect any account at any time; the Privacy Policy says what that deletes.

5. What your automations send

Every reply, direct message, email and pitch that Kitor sends is one you configured, approved, or set to run automatically. You are the sender and you are responsible for its content and for whom it reaches. You agree to:

  • send only messages the platform's messaging rules allow (for example, Instagram replies only within the permitted window and only in response to a person's own action);
  • keep outreach email compliant with the laws where you and your recipients are, such as CAN-SPAM in the United States and the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules (PECR in the UK) in Europe: honest subject lines, a real sender identity, a lawful basis for contacting each business, and the unsubscribe link Kitor adds, which you may not remove;
  • review what AI-assisted features draft or suggest, including coaching reports on your videos, before relying on them. They can be wrong, they act on your instructions, and a draft or a suggestion is not advice.

We may pause or disconnect automations that break these rules or that put a platform relationship at risk, and we will tell you when we do.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Kitor to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who asked not to be contacted;
  • harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone, or buy or sell engagement;
  • scrape or collect data from Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn or any other platform outside the official APIs and the permissions you were granted; Kitor's research features only read public web pages that allow it and never fetch social-network profiles;
  • break the law, infringe someone's rights, or upload malware;
  • probe or disrupt Kitor's security, access another workspace, or overload the service.

7. Your content

Everything in your workspace stays yours: your posts, messages, media kit, contacts, deals and files. You give us only the permission needed to store and process it to provide Kitor to you, and you confirm you have the rights to it. We do not use it to train AI models and we do not sell it.

8. Licensing your videos

Kitor lets you sell brands a license to use your videos. You set the fee and the term. The brand signs a standard license agreement and pays through Stripe, or you record a license for a fee the brand pays you directly. When you license a video:

  • you confirm that you own it, or hold every right needed to license it as offered, including to any music, footage, brands and people that appear in it;
  • the license is between you and the brand. Unex Technologies is not a party to it, does not guarantee the brand's use or payment, and does not enforce it: we take no legal action and send no takedowns for anyone. Kitor gives you the signed agreement, a page where anyone with the license code can check it, reminders before it ends and a takedown request you can send yourself;
  • payments go to your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. Unex Technologies never holds the money and does not currently take any part of the fee; Stripe's own fees apply. A full refund or a chargeback voids the license;
  • you are responsible for any invoices and taxes on what you earn.

9. Our product

Kitor, its software, design, name and logo belong to Unex Technologies. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it while these terms are in force. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or scrape it, or use it to build a competing service. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

10. Fees

Kitor is currently provided to invited users at no charge. We may introduce paid plans; if we do, we will tell you in writing at least 30 days before anything is charged, and you can stop using Kitor instead. Costs charged by the platforms you connect are yours.

11. No guarantees

We aim for Kitor to be available all the time, but it depends on third-party platforms and APIs that change, rate-limit and go down, and we may change, suspend or retire features. Kitor does not guarantee brand deals, replies, followers, revenue or any other result, and it does not guarantee that a platform will keep your account or Kitor's access to it. Where we can, we give reasonable notice of changes that remove something you rely on.

12. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kitor is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Unex Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost deals, revenue, followers, data or goodwill, or for a platform acting against your account, and our total liability for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid us for Kitor in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 euros if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intent or gross negligence.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Kitor at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a platform requires it, if we are legally required to, or if we stop offering Kitor; where possible we will give you time to export your data first. Sections 7, 8, 9, 12, 14 and anything else that by its nature should survive, survives.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you enjoy under the law of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts there, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue at home. Before going to court, write to us; most things can be sorted out by email.

15. Changes to these terms

We will update the effective date above and tell signed-in users inside the app at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Kitor after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, stop using it and ask us to delete your workspace.
